I won't give it 5 stars for the simple fact of not having the option for English language. Especially in today's reality where Portugal is becoming much more multicultural. Aside from that, the app is excellent.

No English options, keeps saying I can't connect to internet even though everything else works except book an appointment... god awful service, don't use Medis

My flatmate is sick and needs a justification from work, the app said that there were no doctor available and to call them, the operators all kept saying that the app was working fine for them and that the issue was on her end, she tried with all of our phones(3 different ones), with Wi-Fi and with our connection but the app kept saying the same message, now I know that if I need help i won't be using medis because it doesn't work.

1. When submitting expenses, the app keeps stopping when I attach documents, so I have to keep starting again 2. When attaching photos, the app immediately says it does not recognize the document which, and needs manual validation. If you submit anyway, you get an error that the document isn't recognized. 3. You don't get a 'real' status - I have an expense submittes a month ago, and it says the request is updated at Medis, but I got no answer, and no money, and it doesn't reflect against my usage.

English interface, please!! Many users are not Portuguese, it makes sense that some of them do jot speak the language, or at least they are learning, why do I need to get someone Portuguese Every time I need to do anything on this app!!
