Logged me out randomly and when I try to log back in it says my details are incorrect, I have tried my ID with no lead zeros and with a lead zero aswell as the correct password, but it just says failed

Been logged out of my account for weeks. Can't log back in, just get a message 'failed, please check your details, and try again'. Password has been reset, so it is correct, and employee number has no lead zero. Pretty poor service that this bug has not been fixed, as I've seen this reported from multiple people. Please resolve this issue as we're entitled to our discount offers as employees.

Logged out trying to reset password, email with link doesn't work tried again no email nowhere on the app to send ticket 🎟️ deleted app still the same never had this problem before
