I read public opinions they said this is worse service but I guess they are wrong bcz this is third class service I have ever seen I have book shipment on 17th of this month on overnight delivery basis and my parcel is not delivered yet after 5 days. And they are not even replying of my email. Why should I need to pay for overnight delivery charges if I have to wait for a week? They send CN# and that's showing nothing just empty!

Worst courier service I have ever came across. Their rider didn't even show up, and they delay and then cancel my delivery. Their customer service is far away from satisfaction. First, they don't even bother to pick up the call and if they do by mistake, they will hang up on you while you are talking. I don't even want to give them a one-star rating, such unprofessional staff they have.
