End-2-End Encryption, not USA based Thanx. Has any 3rd party examined their open source code? Ur prompted 2 save as draft when exiting a newly composed but unsent message--nice. Not sure what S-pen features are--app does allow S-note attachments, but encryption can drastically increase file size, so 2 prevent paying for app, don't attach files, don't forward docs containing artwork, media. Use web interface 2 check data usage--tap ur username after signing in, select Subscriptions, or select Edit Profile 2 modify associated email address.
