I've been using the service as a paid user for a few years now. I've noticed a few problems, but usually I can send a message to tech support, and they get resolved in a few days, which is pretty good. I can send and receive email from multiple addresses, and they all point to the same account. I can get notifications on my phone about new email, but not about calendar events. I wish they would add this basic feature, because I want to stop using Google Calendar.

It was a huge mistake to sign up for social media using a mail fence address. I literally can't get 2FA codes to sign in: the emails don't even go through the Spam folder. Some addresses like substack or Bluesky are in their blacklist. White lists are available in the paid version I've heard, but I'm not sure it will work. A huge problem maker, awful app. I switched to Proton mail instead.

Their mail client went down for days, and they didn't warn people about it (check their Subreddit). They have no refund policy, don't sign up for them. Use proton mail, start mail, skiff mail, literally any email provider will let you pay by month or have a trial period, so you can evaluate their services. If 10 people can avoid paying for their service by reading this review I will be glad since they refused to refund me after I tried out their service for less than 24 hours and couldn't connect.
