I've been using the service as a paid user for a few years now. I've noticed a few problems, but usually I can send a message to tech support, and they get resolved in a few days, which is pretty good. I can send and receive email from multiple addresses, and they all point to the same account. I can get notifications on my phone about new email, but not about calendar events. I wish they would add this basic feature, because I want to stop using Google Calendar.

It was a huge mistake to sign up for social media using a mail fence address. I literally can't get 2FA codes to sign in: the emails don't even go through the Spam folder. Some addresses like substack or Bluesky are in their blacklist. White lists are available in the paid version I've heard, but I'm not sure it will work. A huge problem maker, awful app. I switched to Proton mail instead.

Why am I unable to access my account? I have sent an email and have had no response. What kind of customer service is this, and you claim to have real people and not A.I. help with issues. I am going to file a formal complaint to the FTC. This is ridiculous! I will be heard, I guarantee.
