I love this store now, the same as when I lived here 3 years ago. Now that I am back I am very happy to see the store kept up. The employees are respectful, and kind! Employees do not push you through the line faster than you can think! I was with someone else at the time of shopping, so I finished 1st. I sat down at chairs by the door and people watched. It was a joy to see and hear all that carried on, time to laugh, time to understand the kind of people in this area!

I'm signed into an account, but it will not let me add anything to my bag. I will select the Add to Bag button, then go to my bag, and there's nothing there. It happens with several products. What's the point in having an app that users cannot purchase from.

The worst online store I ever used. I am trying to make an order since yesterday, and they cancelled it. When I asked why they told me it is payment issue. I used 3 different cards trying to make an order, but they continue cancelled it. At least I used my PayPal, and now it is on pending. But after I used it I found out that I can't get refund in store returning, and I will try canceled order by myself. But ironically Marshalls don't let you cancel order after submitting it. The worst experience

Shipping problems every time I order. The last time, 2 missing items and expensive pillows exposed without a container/ shipping box and partially wrapped in shipping tape. And no immediate refund for this mess, terrible management. Not a good experience.

Same problems as the TJ Maxx app closes when it wants to I try to register for an account but the app closes without warning not even going to try it again just for the same thing and problems
