Always loved Max Brenner but this time I did not like the menu the way it was served. 1 or 2 strawberries scattered on the plate ice scream was on top of waffle and the chocolate was just in a lick not drizzled like they used to serve it. Then I have seen they serve savory now like why not just leave it the way it was. They have also taken some off the menu. Waffles have gone smaller too. Definitely not ever coming back. It used to be my weekly treat.

How does this have a 2.5-star rating when all the ratings are 1 star? I'd give it zero if I could because this app doesn't even work. Why did you bother paying someone to design this app if you can't even use it? Pathetic

App does not record your coffees. You can see your receipts for multiple coffees bought, but rewards are not added.

I couldn't get past the sign-up. The referring member number kept me from registration and the person at the counter was also not able to help. Poor UX design as well.
