Horrible app and team. Want to change my contact number, went to outlet. And then now customer service is telling me to wait for team. Since yesterday, I wonder is it so difficult to change a contact number. And nothing is being done. Was told to go outlet, and I waited since early afternoon for them to update my contact till evening when nothing is being down, I went to the outlet directly. And yet again. I have to wait, For God’s sake. Horrible m

LOUSY APP, always get blocked from log in. Can't make online reset. Call and no response regard the reset matter. VERY FRUSTRATING.

I just wanted to get my Boss Mobile balance money but was advised by your team to download this app to get my money back. I proceeded w/ new account creation and attempted 2× to verify my account but failed. There's always an error message "must register during ofc hours". Today, during ofc hours, I tried to log in to my new account to continue w/ account verification, but I cannot log in & I keep receiving an error message "wrong username / password". It's so disappointing. Such a waste of time!
