So much better than the desktop on premise option. It would be perfect if you could see video feed for access cameras tied to the system. If someone requests to get buzzed in you can't see those request from within the cloud software. You can only do this from the attendant device at your location. Covid-19 has really made this an issue. Staff working remote, so there is no one to validate who is at the door.

If I could give no stars, I would. App is horrible. Cannot view anything. Had Ihad known prior to the equipment install this app would not allow me to view anything, I would have chosen a completely different system. The whole purpose of the system is to view when away from home, and unfortunately, 5% of the time I might get it to load. I receive error messages of being timed out--if it even loads regardless of Wi-Fi or 5g. Dissatisfied extremely, and I would not recommend this system to anyone.
