★★★★★ I'm late to the game, but this app is fire! Samsung's music, Windows Media Player and iTunes can't compare. Bravo to the developers of this fabulous app. The app and software for the computer are top notched.

★★★★★ The best app. As a DJ I use it often to tag my MP3's and also to sync music wireless from my computer to my phone. Cannot think of an app that can do both tasks even close to the level Media monkey does.

★★☆☆☆ Don't even think about syncing with a cable! (Cable is the only way if you have to use a VPN.) I have Media Monkey Gold. Days of work and headaches, and I'm ready to start all over somewhere else. It absolutely won't sync playlists. Ok, so I'll use genre. But even though I tell it to use all genre, most of the time it doesn't. I change a primary tag, re-sync and nope. Deleting by hand sometimes does it. I've got many hundreds of song files. Why is it so hard?!

★★☆☆☆ I've changed my rating. Great program, but lifetime is bogus and deceptive. It's not. Also, don't lose your license # on a long-standing account. Cannot access account like it's deleted and try hitting any buttons for customer service, and you get dead-end links and loops. I cannot access my "lifetime", not lifetime, membership/account to see my license #. Which apparently might not work anyway without upgrading -$$.

★★☆☆☆ My device is a FiiO m11 Pro. I've been using MMW for a while to put files on my micros card and this has worked fine in the native player. Installed MMA, so I could do better playlists and more easily. MMA scanned (very slowly) for songs and 63 albums with CORRECT tag info are identified as "unknown". This is unacceptable. The tag info IS CORRECT. I pulled the card and checked for errors with Mp3Tag and there are NONE. Why is MMA doing this?
