With Live Better rewards, eligible Medibank members with hospital or extras cover can earn points that can be redeemed for great rewards from our partners including Apple, adidas, Fitbit and Amcal.
TO USE THE APP YOU’LL NEED: * to be running iOS 12.0 or above * to be 18 years old or over * a valid Australian residential address.

Love the way the App encourages you to take ownership of your health, set goals and as it's named: Live Better In the last few months it's encouraged me to try Park Run, HIIT training and make better eating decisions.

Connects to fitness apps and provides a bit of an achievement records, goals, motivation and other health related material. Big emphasis wellness too. Earns reards and points which is better if you are a median customer, but you don't have to be. I use it for Strata and Garmin, but only other connected apps are fitbit and Google Health, other fitness apps such as Samsung Health doesn't connect.

Completely unusable at the moment. Even on a good day the app is very clunky to use. Any activity reporting takes 10–20 seconds to register. Not user-friendly and the rewards are very minimal. Now the app just goes to a white screen after opening, even after reinstall, and logging out and in. For such an expensive health fund, service is third rate.

Doesn't sync properly on my Samsung Health. I've been reaching past my STEPS, but for some reason, it's always been lower on this app. I keep syncing but still lower, so it looks like I haven't been reaching my goal.

App is very slow to use. Have to force close and restart after tracking each activity, as the app becomes extremely slow and unusable after entering an activity manually.
