System is not good. Every time order will automatically get cancelled even after prepaid orders. Also, delivery time is too long, I placed prepaid order on 07 Mar and it showing auto cancelled on 09 Mar, when I called Support guys they told order is in process and will be delivered by 11 Mar. It means service as well delivery is worse. One suggestion for MediCimple, if you have to stay in market you have to improve yourself like your competitors. (Not only by discounts but by services also)

Worst app totally and not user-friendly. Estimated date is changing automatically every day without any prior notice that too after getting confirmation from their side for your ordered medicine. There is no option for canceling the order for users but officially this medicimple people can cancel and edit the order as per their convenience. I had order 20 stripes last time and this medicimple people canceled the order and modified it upto 15 stripes without informing to me (customer).
