This is BY FAR THE BEST APP FOR REAL HELP. DR ZAGER IS MORE THAN 5 STARS. HE NEEDS A MEMORIAL OR CAMPUS NAMED AFTER HIM I SWEAR. HE'S NOT AFRAID OF THE GIFTS HE WAS GIVEN BY GOD AND BY LAW TO USE THE MEDS MOST DRS ARE SCARED TO USE AND END UP HURTING YOU EVEN MORE JUST SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO WRITE A CERTAIN MED. I like this app so far. I saw a Dr same day, helped me, by just listening and writing me meds to help. I recommend trying them of your struggling with any mental health problems, anxiety, depression, insomnia, add/adhd and so many more.

I did not use the app, I used the service and doctor Michelin Epstein, bothe the doctor, and the service provided what I consider nightmarish and horrific lack of care and horrible service. They charged me, and we had a video call discussed systems and agreed upon a medication. She prescribed something that was never mentioned on the call that cost 300 percent more ($330 highest I have seen when what we agreed on was $30. And after days of trying to get that fixed, she still wouldn't talk to me.

Their customer service has been garbage so far. Can't even do something a simple as respond to 1 of 3 of my emails to reset my password, so I can access my account. I can't log in, so I'm not sure what they expect. I also have 0 ways to remove my card from their file either, so in 2 weeks it looks like I'll be charges again. Unless they resolve the problems, 1 star is generous.
