Aileen that works there is wonderful. If you have an issue with anything she works hard to resolve it. She is always so kind and work hard to be sure your experience is the best. I saw someone so mad because their items were stolen during shipment to the store. Aileen made sure she got a refund but this person kept yelling at her. She handled the situation so professionally even though the person was so, so rude to her. Employee like her and one in a million.

Unfair bidding. They are almost cheating. As soon as you bid on some of the items, they automatically go up with a delay of even half a second saying you have been outbid. It seems like they have an automation programmed at the back end so that items would not sell for less than their desired pricing. If a person was competing and bidding, then it would at least take a couple of seconds or even more to outbid on an item, but this automation is instant. Not a fraction of a second delay. Cheating.

This auction is rigged! They set it to the price they want for it... you bid on anything and in 1 second you been out bid doesn't matter if you bid on 20 things In 2 mins lol the funny thing is they think people don't notice!

First time I ever bought anything was yesterday, and I only registered last week I'd had never heard of them before, so I bought 2 things yesterday, and today I received 3 invoices that I was owing them money from 2020 and 2021 March and June now they want me to pay for someone else is items before I can pick my stuff up never going to buy anything from them again very, very disappointed that I even bought 2 things yesterday be aware before you register

Bought a leaf blower battery operated, never knew it is broken and totally useless, they did not offer warranty they just say "sorry for the inconvenience.", Then walk away. They did not even mention it to the description of the item, it just says "gently used or new item with issue" but that is not the case it is not just an issue, the item is not totally working/broken. They sold me garbage.
