Adaptor services will be discontinued from 30/8/23,so ended up with the Service app. The app does exactly what it's supposed to do, so 5*. BUT, none of the other Adaptor functions (apart from service) are available elsewhere, for current Adaptor users. Those of us who didn't have the online services option in MY, during purchase, are left in the lurch due to the soon-to-be discontinued Adaptor. No more record of trip details, refueling stops, fuel consumption, technical data, etc. Sad.... :(

Confusing to have a MMB app & another Mercedes me app + info between the 2 are not portable. Also service packages shown do not tally with what my car tells me ie B3 service. Terrible for the customer

Please integrate the adapter into this app. Currently, this app is a white elephant since there's already a MMB app. Please don't let the good adapter become awhile elephant as well.

The apps used to be working but stooped in July 2023. They reset the digital service on 5 Dec but till today, it is still in activating mode. There is no one I can contact in Singapore to resolve this problem! 7 Dec - thanks. They said the app is having some issues but did not say when it will be resolved.
