I've been with Colorado United Credit Union who later turned into Premier Credit Union for over 20 years. The Employees and the Service have been Exemplary from the beginning and remains true to this day.

This is lacking. The secure messaging center is tucked away under three "more" options. Card management is all but broken, and since Merit rust took over I have been unable to add cards to my Google wallet. I've been "working" with the team for a month now. It's just frustrating. If you are looking for an app / bank that gives you complete control over your banking experience look for Revolut.

Mobile deposit isn't good. Says the amount you entered didn't match. Obviously wrong. Also it asks to send you a code every single time you log in even though its same device and Wi-Fi.

This alphas cost me at least a few hundred dollars in check fees because it regularly (like weekly) stops tracking my linked account without telling me. Terrible system!!! What is the point if linking the same two accounts uve had for over ten years when it randomly unlinks every few days like as though anyone other than me has ever used my accounts?! SO FRUSTRATING!
