It was easy to set up an account, I joined as an anonymous (a really useful option for an app like this). The best part was having the app on my mobile for free with activities until I found the motivation to subscribe. Was it worth it? Yes. I use the guided meditations regularly and love the reminders the app sends me on self-care and self-love 🥰 I do recommend!

So far so good, I use the app almost everyday now. It helps me stay mindful of how I'm feeling, and it certainly does do what it promises. There are no ads, which is a major plus. It's also been motivating me to take my mental health care to the next level considering that the subscription plans are all relatively affordable. I'm so grateful for finding Mind Tales ❤️

Everything is good so far. The plans prices are too high and there's no help for the low income people or disabled people. Provide some discounts to the needy people or make an insurance coverage as long as you provide a medical services
