Drivers never know how to initiate payment in app. Always want direct payment... everything else is good.

The app can't seem to store previous addresses. It would be really better if payment could be made and receipts generated through the app!

Unreliable taxi company For two times I booked a taxi by the call center. 1) taxi came 30 minutes early, made me rush to the airport. 2) taxi came 45 minutes early, I paid 50 CHF for his waiting time! Absolutely not recommended company.
