Fake store, fake costumer service! Fake people! They stole my money! Because I returned an item because is fake, and they didn't give me back my money! Every day, they keep sending messages to my email! Saying I have to like and comment on Thier fake business.that's the comments.

Very bad experience. I made an order, then found out that the seller sold me an item which is out of stock. When I have contacted the support they tried to tell me that it is OK and I just need to cancel. Here we have multiple issues: Moravia is keeping my money for 5 days, they try to put responsibility on the client, they do no compensation for the waiting time (and prices went high on the item I waited for), they do not punish bad sellers - the seller still has 100% delivery on time.

This is a TERRIBLE company. I ordered an exercise bike from them. The package was missing the connection between the bike and the seat. They refused to send the missing part, nor would they give me a refund. For more than a month they had me fill out the same forms, which they then rejected. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Finally, I contacted the bike's manufacturer, GRIDINLUX, which sent me the missing part, without even charging me postage! ORDER DIRECTLY FROM GRIDINLUX IF YOU WANT A BIKE.
