Comments on Mitel Connect (Formerly ShoreT for Android

★★★★☆ A Google user · Aug 28, 2023

All these people complaining about the app. I would suggest you verify your network and setup. I have not had any of these issues

★★★★★ Chris Polanco · Jul 19, 2024

FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE ISSUES WITH THE APP CLOSING WHEN TRYING TO PROVISION: Make sure on the "Enter your mobile number" field, enter your PERSONAL cell phone number, not your username/enterprise phone number. I was getting the crash, then double-checked the documentation and entered my personal cell number and the provisioning went through successfully.

★★★★★ Gary Beasley · Sep 8, 2021

Connects well with O365 and the handoff from Wi-Fi to cellular is much improved over older versions

★☆☆☆☆ Matt Broky · Feb 26, 2024

Every day, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work - After an Android update the app won't even open. Crashes instantly. When the app does run, its buggy. Normal phone calls ring over the top of calls on Mitel. Sometimes Mitel will ring and other times my phone gets a normal call. Sometimes I don't even get calls. So glad my employee is switching to a different app for VoIP calls soon. We've had enough.
