Incompetence on high level. How to force people to buy your reader and not to solve your own problem. I have android version 10 and mit I'd put me to scan qr in my phone. Nothing to do with android version. Is the same problems you have it like 2 years ago. Pathetic excuse.

App fails to open and displays an error. Nothing fixes it. Force stop and restart, clearing cache and data, restarting phone. Hopeless

This is the worst app I've ever been forced to use. Wasted 4 hours of my weekend trying to activate MITIC with random errors and crashes without any good reason. If one-step fails you need to re-do them all. And it seems like it has been an issue for years. Unbelievable. Will try again tomorrow. Guess I have a new routine now until I manage to make it work.
