Mivello Postcards: Pet Travel

A small tapir lives in a sunlit room on your phone.

Pack it a bag — something to eat, something useful, something lucky, or nothing at
all — and then close the app. You do not send it off. It decides for itself when to
go, and one day it is simply not there.

While it is away, you get on with your day. Now and then it sends a moment back from
the road: a line about the wind on a ferry deck, a picture of a dirt track it sat
down on. Then it comes home, and it brings one postcard from a real place — a
picture of somewhere that actually exists, and a few sentences about the ordinary
thing it noticed there.

Keep the card. It goes into your album with the place, the date and its own words,
and it stays there.

WHAT IT IS
• One trip, one postcard. No second currency, no second loop.
• It travels while the app is closed. Nothing drains while you are away and nothing
expires if you do not open it for a week.
• No streaks, no daily rewards, no collection progress bars, no way to fail. A day you skip is
just a day you skipped.
• Every card you keep is yours for good. The album is never locked and a card is
never taken back.
• The pictures were made for this app with AI image tools, one real place at a time.

WHAT IT ISN'T
• No ads. Not one, anywhere.
• No subscription. Eight places are free to visit. Mivello Plus, an optional one-time
purchase, opens eight more, each with its own postcards. The album, saving cards as
pictures and backups are free either way.
• No account, no sign-in, no friends list, no leaderboard.
• No location permission. The app cannot see your GPS position; the places are fixed
artwork that ships inside it. Usage analytics infers a rough region (country or
city) from your IP address, and turning it off stops that.

QUIET BY DESIGN
At most one notification a day, and only one kind: a quiet note that it is back. Turn
that off, or set quiet hours, and the trip still finishes — the letter simply waits
for you on the first screen. No reminders. No nudges. Nothing asking you to come
back.

Tap the animal if you like. It will look up.

Recent changes:
- Saving or sharing a postcard now gives you the whole card: picture, postmark, place, the note and the date.
- Your pet now walks out of the room when it sets off on a trip.
- If your phone is blocking notifications, Settings now tells you, with a shortcut to turn them on.
- Place names on a new postcard no longer get cut off at large text sizes.
- Reopening the app from the home screen no longer leaves an extra copy behind.
- Small text fixes.
