SG Bus Arrival & Trip Planner shows Singapore bus arrival estimates and how crowded the next bus is, and plans trips by bus and MRT — with as few taps as possible.

Open the app and the bus stops nearest to you load as soon as your location is available, with the next bus timing for every service with an arrival estimate. Rather not share your location? Search by stop name or code instead.

SINGAPORE BUS TIMING
• Arrival estimates for up to three upcoming buses, tagged Live when LTA is tracking the bus and Scheduled when the time comes from the timetable
• Nearby bus stops found automatically from your location
• Crowd level on the next bus: seats available, standing available, or limited standing
• Wheelchair-accessible bus indicator
• Search by bus stop name, bus stop code, or MRT station name
• Favourite a bus service from its arrival row

BUS AND MRT TRIP PLANNER
• Plan a trip by bus and MRT between two places in Singapore, with transfers, from OneMap's public-transport routes
• Search places by name, including common Chinese place names
• Ride, transfer and arrival times are schedule-based estimates; planning needs an internet connection

BUS ROUTES
• The full stop-by-stop route for any service with an arrival estimate
• Each direction the service runs, with its destination
• First bus and last bus times for weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
• Service frequency for AM peak, AM off-peak, PM peak and PM off-peak
• Tap a stop along the route for its arrival timing, when an estimate is available

MRT AND LRT STATIONS
• The Trains tab shows your nearest station when your location is available, or the station you picked, with the lines that call there and its operator: SMRT or SBS Transit
• First and last train times are not in the app: they differ by direction, so check the operator's timetable

MAP
• Bus stops and MRT/LRT stations around you, on the map
• Tap a bus stop on the map for its arrival timings when an estimate is available, or a station for the lines that call there
• Colour-coded MRT and LRT line markers

MAKE IT YOURS
• Tap a stop on the map to give it your own alias — "Home", "Office", "Mum's place"
• Favourited services sort to the top of the stop's list
• Aliases, favourites and commute reminders are stored on your device

ALERTS AND COMMUTE REMINDERS
• Get an alert when your bus is near: tap the bell on its arrival row; long-press the bell to change how close
• While it watches, an ongoing notification shows the bus's latest minutes, for up to 30 minutes or until you cancel
• Commute reminders at a time you choose: from a bus's arrival row, pick the days and a time, and a reminder card arrives around then, showing that bus's latest arrival timing when an estimate is available
• Tap "Alert me" on the reminder card to start watching that bus. Nothing is watched until you tap

HOME-SCREEN WIDGET
• Your favourited buses at a saved stop, right on your home screen
• Shows the last-fetched arrival times and when they were fetched. Tap refresh or open the app for newer ones

Bus arrival timings and bus stop data come from Singapore's LTA DataMall, and arrival timings are estimates that change with traffic, weather and service conditions. MRT and LRT station names and codes come from LTA DataMall, and station locations from the LTA MRT Station Exit dataset on data.gov.sg. Trip planning, including its place search, is powered by the OneMap API from the Singapore Land Authority, and bus route shapes are pre-computed from OneMap routing. Data used under the Singapore Open Data Licence version 1.0. Maps by Google Maps.

Recent changes:
• MRT & LRT stations now come from LTA's official open data, with up-to-date names, codes and locations.
• The Trains tab no longer shows approximate first and last train times. They differ by direction, so check the operator's timetable.
