Highly convenient for people more on the techy side. However when the QR Code is scanned, it doesn't take you anywhere; i.e. it does not locate your vaccination record apart from within the app itself. Maybe it's a glitch or bug but a part from that, the app gets a 4/5 from me.

Can't get it to show my vaccination card with neither my Social Security Number or my vaccine cards number and I've been trying it for over six months.

This app has false information. It shows that I only got one dose of vaccine when in truth I got 2 from last year September.
