Worst customer services. Till the time you pay timely, they will respect you. Once you are in a weak position, they will start humiliating you, blackmail you by showing your contact list, violating consumer banking ethics. One of the agent is literally sending me abusive msgs and wrote "Loan chor" on my display picture from WhatsApp and now contacting via voice notes so that I may not attach any screenshots.
