Hardware is great, when you can get it to work. Software is so buggy, I will probably get my money back from the device. Such a great idea. (Edit). I upgraded it to four stars, I worked out that the problem was the badly designed power supply. But the Help instructions provided direct you toward entries that are not there. Otherwise, I would give the hardware five stars and the software 4 and 1/2. Thanks for responding and looking into the problem.

I used to love my Moona, but I work nightshirt & the way the thermal alarm works, it doesn't allow for use after 11:59AM. Which great going guys, awesome way to support your customers. I wish I never wasted my money on the kickstarter. Update2-this pillow is infuriating, I hate it so much. The app is buggy & won't connect & the loss of AM/PM functionality is just bad. Update 3 - this device is useful as a brick and app is even worse.

App doesn't seem to work like it should. It doesn't have fill in most of the sleep data. All gives me is: time in bed, humidity, temperature and pillow temperature. Everything else is blank.

This is the second time I have had to reinstall the app. It is great when it works but at least once a month I have Bluetooth connection issues and have to re-pair the device. I have had to reset the Moona at least 4 times when I had Bluetooth connection issues that prevented my from re-pairing the Bluetooth. This time even a Moona reset would not fix the Bluetooth connection. Without Bluetooth, you can't run a diagnostic and I had to contact support. It took 60 hours for support to respond
