Very good for user who has insurance. So comfortable. Wait and get the medicine in 2–3 hrs.

Unstable application. Unable to pay by insurance though the registration is completed and active. Support team is incapable and slow to response. They suggested to restart App and reinstall. Very frustrating. The 2nd time, the appointment isn't shown on the application though I got appointment confirmation via email end up wasting my time.

Don't believe TikTok. This app actually only speaks Thai and keeps bombarding you with unwanted commercials that can't be switched off. There are better options

The doctor cancelled the appointment with no explanation, massive waste of time. Cheaper just to go to a hospital and see a real doctor.
