Very inconsistent app. Deposited money couldn't pay with QR more than once, tried bank transfer kept getting a message stating I didn't have enough funds despite trying to transfer around 200 USD as a test. Zero support in the app. Transferred my money out and will close account.

Cannot even get past the verification. Took photo of my passport like 8 times and each time it just throws me back to the main screen with a prompt to complete my verification.

Absolutely a joke, no customer support, they replied once and then disappeared the whole day whilst they were online. Sent the funds to my account all details were correct, yet the money never arrived, so they won't refund me, and they won't make the money available either. Absolute stress for no reason!!!!!!!! Refund me my MONEY

You guys emailed me saying personal qr codes in thailand are now accepted and after loading money the app said can't use now I have to wait 4 fricken days to get the money back. Honestly don't mess with peoples money
