Access portfolio of lifts - even without a signal (automatically synchronises)
View Service Route with Service Details, Maps and History (and optional RAMS documents)
Receive and complete Breakdown/Callout sheets
Receive and complete Repair Jobs
Automatic warnings when Lift already out of service BEFORE you visit the site
Automatic warning if lift requires servicing ahead of a visit to attend breakdown
Take Photos (which appear on job sheet automatically)
Fill In Custom Forms (for Risk Assessments, H&S documents, Insurance Reports, Other Customer Forms)
Capture Signatures
Fill in Multiple 'Jobsheets' at a Site and Get One Customer Signature at the end of your visit
Raise your own out of hours breakdown reports
Personnel tracking and lone worker monitoring (through Motivity Locator)

Engineer (employee) and subcontractor modes.

Motivity has been designed to work without the need for a full time mobile or wi-fi signal allowing lift engineers to fill in site reports, capture signatures and take photos without having to worry about being interrupted by poor mobile reception.

Jobs sent need to have a record on pda for six months not the max 28 days as some go missing after they have been sent. This way the engineer has a record of the sheets which you would think would have already been built in to the system. Also, if you fill in the wrong sheet which happens as screen sometimes locks on last job and if you have marked it as sign later you can not cancel it out. This causes lots of problems in the office. I would suggest that you can recall it and cancel out shou
