I had a flight on the day of Eid Al Adha and was very worried about whether I will find a taxi to take me to the airport, I was advised to contact Mowasalat who advised me to download the app and make booking, that was two days before my departure, on the day of my flight I received a call from the driver 15 minutes before the pick-up time to tell me that he was on his way, that was a big relief, he arrived on time and at the location I specified, the journey to the airport was so smooth, the driver was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use Mowasalat on my forthcoming visits to Muscat.

The app is working very well, its service is amazing and satisfying not just the it self even the taxis too. As a suggestion for a later update i think adding buses in the same app will be very helpful for the bus users by being able to track it and know all the timings rather than searching for buses on google map. The App is great and the service satisfying. Congratulations to Mwasalat wishing you farther development😉.

Drivers can not use the location properly. Expensive.Sometimes cancel booking without intimation to the customer and waste their time.

My first time use of the app and the service behind the app was very disappointing. The app experienced errors and disconnection / reconnection problems. The app did not identify my pickup location accurately despite having a clear view of the sky. The service did not care about my requested pickup time despite prebooking. 20 minutes after the pickup time I was still being asked for my location. Eventually I had to cancel and make other urgent arrangements otherwise I would miss my flight. Please improve the app and the the backend system and overall service.

airport taxi is very expensive, cost me 8.8 OMR from the airport to alhail north which just 7 minutes of driving without any traffic delays. the meter starts at 2.5 OMR and they add 1.2 OMR at the end of the trip as additional services, will never use it again.

Even though I don't prebook the taxi. The taxi bill shows 500 baisa booking charge by some drivers. Bad app.
