★★★★★ I booked seven nights at West Sands and this app worked perfectly including booking venues or activities and a digital key which is built in. it was but lunchtime on the 6th day it stopped completely which means I could not order any food or takeaway I did complain and they said it was where I am using a different device which was not true it came active again in about 2hrs. If this app did not have any errors on last day would give 5 star.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded app but just kept telling me to open door. Did nothing when I clicked on door. Kept telling me to refresh for keys as not allocated yet

★★☆☆☆ Total rubbish 🗑 problems logging in and tried to phone Bunn for help several times and they don't even answer the phone left on hold for 5min+ so I hung up. Not good customer service.

★★☆☆☆ A complete and utter mess. Totally useless. If I wanted to look at a badly drawn picture of a door handle I'd Google it.
