Eap itself is excellent, both my husband and I used Eap. The app and chat room not so great. My husband did use the online chat app at work because he was in crisis and could not speak out loud do to clients. He reported he kept getting drop.

I haven't used the app in depth yet, but I chatted with a counselor. I think it would be very useful if the app stored a copy of your chat log, or emailed you a copy after your chat ends. This way you can look back and reread the responses and advice from the counselor.

Trying to book a service or chat do a chat now is impossible. It circles for a minute and then says error connecting. Why have these issues been unaddressed for so long? This app and service is important and some people utilize this through their work place which means our work places are paying for this. And it's been unaddressed for so long? Over a year of the same review complaints. Not acceptable.
