The people who answered the counselor chat passed me from person to person, one of the people called themselves "daddy". It felt pretty embarrassing four people coming in and out the chat. Eventually the chat was with a "counselor" who told me to look up calming tracks on YouTube, and they disconnected the chat.

Not able to get through as they are always busy. Being in a crisis and waiting for more than an hour is unsafe for the service users. Suicide is not a real danger when someone feels that way and has to wait enormous times!!
