Um. Pointless app if you have multiple NBN connections. Cannot tell the difference between NBN connections as there is no physical address labelled. Service number is pointless if I don't memorize those numbers.

I was not aware of my 12 months contract, and also I was not aware that my monthly bills goes up $10 after 6 months, for the slowest speed available which I was told to pay$59 per month instead of $49.at the moment I'm waiting for the decision from Exetel.I found another provider to give me 25 speeds $49 for 1st. 6 months then $59.or near enough.

I can't even activate my sim through this app and the fingerprint log in never works it just makes me log in again... what's the point if it can't manage basic functionality?

Minimal functionality. Doesn't provide access to stuff more suited to having an app for, such as speed boost and toggling home secure features like parental control. For the stuff it does do (invoices, changing plan etc.) the website is sufficient and more suited.
