I came in at 550pm, and they close at 6pm but my daughter needed her meds, and I was needing a prescription transfer, and they did the transfer for me and got me my daughter's prescriptions filled, so she wouldn't have to go overnight without her medicine I have to say I was very surprised they went above and beyond to help me with such short notice. I love this place.

Very poor. Does not allow my only local pharmacy. Does not show working refill request status. Does not have a current status of my prescriptions. Does not accurately reflect my history. Does not have any specific comments to the pharmacy I use. Pretty much useless. Seems to be mostly about directing to member pharmacies that are out of town. Can't enter the name of my local pharmacy, make requests or show status. Amerisourcebergen you should be ashamed to publish this garbage. 5 * must be plant

I think the people who love this app haven't experienced others that do a lot more. This allows you to send a message to the pharmacy that you want a refill and that's it. And even to do that, you have to enter the RX number. Other drug store apps including another neighborhood pharmacy like this one, have an app where the prescriptions are entered by the pharmacy, and you get status updates as to when they're ready or if they've been delivered, etc.

Not Usable. Can't see your prescriptions. Can't update for refills. Can't really call this an app...what purpose does this serve?
