Not sure why so many negative reviews, worked great for me, and I have a 4-year-old phone. Successfully added my ID, got room digital key, and used it several times to get in hotel and my room. Only hang up was I had to disable the app automatically opening the hotel email's links/URLs because it would just plain stall on a blank screen. Developers should work on that issue. Leaving 5 stars for the pure convenience of not needing a room key and being able to do self check-in.

Excellent execution of a hotel (key) app. The only fail is if you have a magnet on your phone (those who uses a magnet based phone holder), the app (unlock option) will not work. Otherwise, great!

App works fine while staying at The Venetian in Las Vegas. Selfie pic for verification took a few try to work but once everything verified, worked like a charm. App does keep running in back-ground so a forced off is needed.

The reviews are correct. It won't take a selfie and is a waste of time. Venetian I'm disappointed in you!!! Horrible!

It worked fine the first stay I used it, but not for any stay after. I get through the verification process, and it says it's waiting for the room-ready notification, but it never gets it. I've tried clearing cache, clearing storage, uninstalling and reinstalling. I tried doing the verification before and after the room-ready notice, even tried after checking into the hotel in-person. Nothing works. That one time it worked was nice though.

Doesn't work at the selfie step. How can one launch an app with such a basic bug... Doing the 1h line to get a physical key... I won't be coming back or using this app again
