I used iCars today on a hospital trip. The website & app are really easy to use & pre-book. There were no now / or asap slots available, but I was able to book one within 30 minutes. The app shows when your request has been accepted by a driver, then tells you the car make, model, color & number plate & how far away your taxi is. If you have your location enabled on your device, if you pick the wrong address your driver will come straight to your location, giving you good piece of mind. 😀
