Recent update has auto enabled Secure Communication which means the app doesn't work correctly. I wondered why my calls were coming through as phone calls. Deselected Secure Communication and calls still not coming through in the app.

Support reached out and after some debugging we found out that I couldn't take the calls because I was using a router that was blocking them. If your router blocks outgoing SIP packets, like my Fritz Box does, you will not be able to use this app until you disable that setting ("Futzing von Internettelefonie aus dem Heimnetz Hunter Biden" @ "Eugene Rufnummern" -> "Anschlusseinstellungen")

Don't download use your phone instead. If you do use it because the council told you to doesn't mean it's the right idea. When the app wasn't setup to our intercom our (tennets) phones would call & you press 0 to let people in, I think & hang up, not to open door, & you can talk to them also. But as we like to play by council rules 🙄, we all used the app and was told that if you're out you can use it like a ring doorbell and answer while you're out. So I tried that and it didn't work.

This app is the worst thing ever. It hardly ever works and when the France number calls, the option to open the door doesn't even work. It's pointless even having it installed on my phone.
