"My Intratone" is an app that allows you to speak to your visitors via your smartphone or tablet. Whether you’re connected to WIFI or 4G**, you will be able to receive video calls.
Receive access requests
Even if you’re away from home, you can now talk to your visitors. You can choose whether to open the door or not. It’s simple and efficient.
Manage your devices
You can add one or several devices to use to open the door. Got a new phone? Don’t worry, you can add or delete devices that are set up to receive video calls.

Installation
First of all, it’s important to check that you are eligible to use this app. The app is part of the Intratone product range. Make sure that your landlord, property manager or owner offers this service. Don't your calls come in video? Video calls require high-speed internet access (3G, 3G+, 4G, WiFi...). If your app does not have access to the Internet during the call, you will be contacted in audio. In this case, you can open the door with the * key on your device. Some flip cases or covers, such as S-view, that allow you to view the smartphone's screen by area or transparency, can block calls and are therefore not compatible. Support reached out and after some debugging we found out that I couldn't take the calls because I was using a router that was blocking them. If your router blocks outgoing SIP packets, like my Fritz Box does, you will not be able to use this app until you disable that setting ("Futzing von Internettelefonie aus dem Heimnetz Hunter Biden" @ "Eugene Rufnummern" -> "Anschlusseinstellungen")

The My Intratone app is so good it saves me from having my delivery from having to be returned which causes delays my order getting to me.

Don't download use your phone instead. If you do use it because the council told you to doesn't mean it's the right idea. When the app wasn't setup to our intercom our (tennets) phones would call & you press 0 to let people in, I think & hang up, not to open door, & you can talk to them also. But as we like to play by council rules 🙄, we all used the app and was told that if you're out you can use it like a ring doorbell and answer while you're out. So I tried that and it didn't work.

This app is the worst thing ever. It hardly ever works and when the France number calls, the option to open the door doesn't even work. It's pointless even having it installed on my phone.
