Recent update has auto enabled Secure Communication which means the app doesn't work correctly. I wondered why my calls were coming through as phone calls. Deselected Secure Communication and calls still not coming through in the app.

Just calls me from an international number? Cant open my door or see anyone. I don't even think I can talk. Completely useless

This app is horrible. I can't answer my intercom because calls keep coming through as an international call. Wi-Fi is connected. I'm missing a lot of deliveries

Don't download use your phone instead. If you do use it because the council told you to doesn't mean it's the right idea. When the app wasn't setup to our intercom our (tennets) phones would call & you press 0 to let people in, I think & hang up, not to open door, & you can talk to them also. But as we like to play by council rules 🙄, we all used the app and was told that if you're out you can use it like a ring doorbell and answer while you're out. So I tried that and it didn't work.
