Been using this for the last 2 or 3 months, since my buildings' intercom was upgraded, and it has made my life so much easier! Very easy and effective to use and extremely slick. When I have a visitor or delivery I get a video call via the app and it's so simple to open the main entrance...from the comfort of my couch!! The mobile access feature is great too, if I've walked out of my apartment without my keys or left them at work, this app will let me in!! Love it!

This opens up my front door I need it very much. It is very handy since I've had it. It's a gadget to when you don't have a key for your door it opens up your door for you. I'll say it's been very handy as I ain't. Let me down.

Almost never works. Doesn't pick up any calls most of the time. I get phone calls from delivery people complaining about not being able to gain access. When someone rings, at best I get a notification asking me to tap it to see who's at the door (no actual ring). Once in the app, there is no hint about a call happening, no option to accept/open. Looking at the other reviews, the company couldn't care less. Free markets have a tendency to weed out businesses like this over time. Happy bankruptcy!

Somewhat convenient, however, a lot of the time when someone calls from the door, the open and answer buttons are greyed out, meaning you literally can't open the door. A pretty significant flaw in an intercom app.
