I have found this app easy to navigate and stores all my details and allows me to order recurring prescriptions readily without having to go via my GP surgery. Obviously prescriptions need to be signed by the GP, but the process allows specified days for collection once ordered.

Very handy app. I'm impressed by the easy user interface. Great for ordering my repeat prescriptions and the reminders help make sure I don't run out. Booking pharmacy services through the app is a nice touch too. Simple and does exactly what I need.

Back button doesn't work on most screens. Can't save prescription details despite filling all relevant fields. This should have been checked fully on Android systems. Using Pixel 10, so it's a modern phone and should work.

Doesn't recognize my old email/phone. Won't let me register new one. Red banner saying to ensure mobile and email are entered correctly when they are.

When attempting to register, entering your date of birth takes you to a calendar that you need to scroll all the way through just to find yours. You need to hire someone who knows how to set up a proper user interface or (at the very least) a quick Google search will tell you how to set up a drop-down menu.
