Overall your app is easy to use, large enough for seniors to see. Not too much info to make people confused. However, was disappointed when looking up appointment details from a previous appointment only to be told you can't see the written summary of what the doctor said. I can't find the print-out from that appointment so would have been helpful to read and print it.

I love this app I have no problems whatsoever I love I can go on their get my lab results, and it save’s me a trip or a phone call all my questions I ask therw the portal.

Biometrics is an option on login page but doesn't actually work, why have the option if you can't use it. Messages to providers seem to go away after a month. The whole send a message is confusing as it's not clear where to start your message. Labs show up intermittently. Only thing useful is to see future apts. It's okay but definitely not there yet. Definitely feels like the Dev team focuses on iOS versus Android.

My Mayo Clinic app lets me see all my doctors notes and radiology results and impressions given. I had hopes I'd get the same from this app. No. I can't like this app until it can be seen as the other apps perform much better. 😢

Ok. Cant get message to a DOCTOR. Various others respond to messages. Cannot see your medication records UNLESS you use a "Marsh field pharmacy" - which is incredibly ridiculous! Going to see if the option is AT LEAST on their website. The app does NOT give you the option to see your meds whatsoever. Huge flaw.
