Bin notifications rarely work. App set up to notify me the night before bin collection, but I rarely get the notification

Bin notifications only work some weeks and because I relied on this app to remind me I have not put out bins to be collected. I now have to do a missed bin form and make it out like the poor driver was at fault. Maybe in your missed bin collection form add the option app didn't remind me.
