Dear Nabeel Team, I am a resident of Dubai and own a studio under Nabeel properties. I recently installed the My Nabeel application to create my tenant profile, but I encountered recurring issues. Each time I attempt to create my profile, the app closes automatically. I have tried multiple times, but the issue persists.

Their garden area in discovery garden is very poorly maintained. Sofa thrown in street 10, big garbage dispose off in street 9. Nakheel maintenance charges are 15 aed per square. Ft the highest if all builder but the service is very, very poor

Very complicated system. As an owner, despite having sent 2 emails requesting my customer number, I am still without a reply. However, the maintenance fees came pretty fast. Requesting a permit for maintenance on the flat is super complex. There is a folder on the app that states maintenance, etc., but for permits, you actually have to go to a different section altogether, under services. Not helpful
