My PG Manager - Tenant

My PG Manager - Tenant is the companion app for residents of a PG (Paying Guest) accommodation or hostel whose owner manages the property using My PG Manager. If your PG owner has added you as a tenant, sign in with your registered phone number or email to access your account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Rent & Payments
- View your current rent status, due dates, and full payment history
- Pay rent securely online via Razorpay, or upload a payment proof for your owner to verify
- See extra charges added by your owner (electricity, maintenance, etc.)

Communication with Your PG Owner
- Raise maintenance and other complaints, and track their status until resolved
- Read notices and announcements posted by your owner
- Submit your notice period / vacate request directly from the app

Your Stay, Organized
- View and digitally sign your rental agreement
- Check the food/mess schedule for your PG
- Browse house rules set by your owner
- Access shared documents and assets (e.g. WiFi details, house documents) your owner has uploaded for you

Get instant push notifications for rent reminders, new notices, and complaint updates.

Note: This app requires your PG or hostel owner to already be using My PG Manager and to have added you as an active tenant. It is not a general-purpose rent-payment or property-search app.
