Poor Online Experience The orders take more the committed time for completion. The customer service can't commit when the order will be delivered even post crossing the expected delivery date? Update - Product not delivered and no option to cancel the order and get the money back had to opt for consumer helpline for assistance. Don't by using the application.

I order an earrings through the app . Order placed on 22nd March 2026 . Oder no SGD0000000111359, firstly order item expected delivery date was 11th april . But till now there is no update about the product. Also customer care person didn't respond. Need help .

I hated the User Experience of this app. The browsing & filters are poor. Images are not proper, cannot even zoom the photos. While trying to place order online, it constantly shows billing address not found. But where to give billing address? I gave address in address book, but no option to separately give any billing address? It seems like some amateur developers developed this app. No ease of use. Uninstalling this.

I had a very, very bad experience with app all the time it asks for update but there's no update on the status of the product I had purchased on 8th March I.e. women Day.... till now no update in status of response bear the inconvenience...... I warn not to go for online purchases of any jewelry other than Tanisha...... Sen co don't have sufficient support staff to handle this.... horrible experience...
