I can't log in using biometric. Then I did forget password. Keep on saying send OTP to my email but never received any OTP. Check also on my spam folder and nothing. I'm done thrice and still the same issue... Singtel why now your apps a lot of issues?? Even after 7 hrs still the same Sing tel.finally after sing tel change my number instead of email.now it works.thanks Sing tel.

Submitted a request and was told repeatedly by customer support that order was stuck. No follow up or whatsoever from them since 10 Mar 2026. Every time you ask for an update, the usual reply applies - 'order was stuck and expedited'

Frustrating to use. You can only view your bill, but the rest of tabs doesn't work. Website and AI chatbot are also horrible. Hope sing tel can upgrade their services.

This is an embarrassingly terrible app. I tried to log in with one pass and otp but both I was denied login despite possessing the main account. The support given by the sing tel team is suboptimal, the AI is useless, and the only person available to help taichi away the responsibility under "Sing tel does not support Prepaid numbers". All attempts at password reset or support are blocked while I am oversea and purchased the roaming plan, while I have zero access to the internet.

I have no choice but to feedback here to notify Sing tel. Your business partner, Gomo have advertised and emphasized heavily 'Gomo by Sing tel', however their service is nowhere in par with Sing tel. My friend have recently port her M1 postpaid number to Gomo, but with bad hiccups for 3 days and still yet to resolve. Her M1 sim card is still able to receive and make calls. The Gomo sim card can make calls but not able to receive calls. My friend have contacted both Gomo and M1, but problem persists.

Why the hell this app needs you to log in each time. We use this app to view plans and download bills. However, this app needs you to log in each time you open it.
