So far it's been effective especially if you need to reboot Wi-Fi. I still have to use external app like Aginet to manage Wi-Fi network and even that doesn't work sometimes. Drop connection occurs very often, but I think it's a network issue, not necessarily this app.

The most useless telco app I have ever used. I have been trying to get my bill statement, and it keeps telling me to login through one pass. When I try, it then says 'One Pass login is only available for main account owners. Switch to 'Network or OTP' to log in.' I am already logged in via network. The only reason why I am bothering with all these nonsense is to get a proper bill statement, and yet I keep getting walled by sheer rubbish. what's the point of an app if u can't access anything?!

I subscribed to the most expensive data roaming plan arrived on Day 1, no connectivity until Day 4, unable to log into sing tel app, had to use friend's phone and tech svcs did a master reset before it worked! Now trying to use app to speak with agent, and it keeps buffering! I am back in sg!!! And app still doesn't work!!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️

This is updated after chat with Sing tel agent. It is confirmed with ready roam there is no way to deactivate and avoid the data roaming. It activates the data roaming by itself before have the chance to go to mysingtel app to disable it. Once activated we are billed for the plan. Beware a TRAP.
