I subscribed to the most expensive data roaming plan arrived on Day 1, no connectivity until Day 4, unable to log into sing tel app, had to use friend's phone and tech svcs did a master reset before it worked! Now trying to use app to speak with agent, and it keeps buffering! I am back in sg!!! And app still doesn't work!!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🤦🏻‍♀️

Useless app. Stupid ad blocks the login button. Cannot log in. Don't blame me if my bill is unpaid. I see from below other ppl are having this issue and I already uninstalled and reinstalled
