Submitted a request and was told repeatedly by customer support that order was stuck. No follow up or whatsoever from them since 10 Mar 2026. Every time you ask for an update, the usual reply applies - 'order was stuck and expedited'

Still the worst app ever. Tried installing the app on a new device and get the same issues. Have to reinstall every time I need to pay my bills or add a roaming plan.

This Sing tel app is useless.... can log in into the board band but can't change the Wi-Fi name and password at all...

I subscribed to the most expensive data roaming plan arrived on Day 1, no connectivity until Day 4, unable to log into sing tel app, had to use friend's phone and tech svcs did a master reset before it worked! Now trying to use app to speak with agent, and it keeps buffering! I am back in sg!!! And app still doesn't work!!!! 🤦🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️ 🤦🏻♀️
