The SHOW button will not toggle ON- you have to hold it down to see what you have typed for username/password. AND SPS charges a $5 service fee for using the application to make a payment. Don't bother using this to pay them...

This app (and this company) are a completely useless pile of garbage. My mortgage was sold to an REIT who apparently uses this company to service their loans, and it has been an unmitigated disaster. It isn't possible to do anything useful via the app or the website, and their customer service via telephone is useless as well. They have lost track of payments, insurance information, etc. I plan to refinance my mortgage just so I don't have to deal with this company (or this app) anymore.
