My mortgage was recently transferred to SPS, and the experience has been terrible from the start. I was not properly notified about the transfer, and by the time I became aware, the account was already marked 15 days past due. Now they are demanding additional fees just to allow me to make the first payment, which makes absolutely no sense. I was ready and willing to pay, but instead of helping, they created unnecessary penalties and complications. This feels like a setup to generate fees rath

SPS is the worst company I ever dealt with, in my opinion. Their app makes me want to rip my hair out every month or two with the ridiculously insane verification process they force you to do with an 8-digit code they email you then re-enter my password that I can't remember because I've had to force to change it over and over. And you can't use an older password again. I make the loan payments for my mother, and now I can't make any more payments online. Only company that does this insanity!
