This app all of a sudden doesn't work. It states that the face and fingerprint log in is unavailable. So I entered my password, I'm logged in, but it will not let me pay my bill and keeps going back to the log in scene asking me to log i ..... I don't know why you would try to upgrade something that wasn't broken. Do better

First time I downloaded this app I could sign in but very basic not near enough info on your account basically it's just a place to go pay them. Last week I tried signing in nothing won't even load. I uninstalled and reinstalled and this week it still won't work. Pitiful. How do we get our bills paid?

Apps not working my log in working won't show my bill or payment date got disconnect cause of this called in paid reconnection fee ask my bill to be mailed back out again nothing got disconnected again switching to another gas provider.
