Need a place to write note/message, etc. such as the reason why new pay information Etc is being submitted prior to Renewal date, instead of having to call and wait, wait, wait, and wait longer to talk with a representative and tell them why information is being sent.

App doesn't work 90 % of the time. I tried to reset my password, but the app won't go past the New Password creation page ...can't access any of my information now.

The app doesn't even work anymore. It no longer tells me I need to send in documents instead it tells me to go to the website. Then why have an app 🤬 When I go on the website it doesn't show where to upload my documents either. I got a letter saying I applied on feb 1st 2026 which is impossible because today is jan 16th 2026 feb hasn't even happened yet.

Says I need to submit documents when I've done it over 4x no one confirms papers that come through here also bugs out and says no benefits when I have benefits l.

I am continuously getting notified that I have letters, but when I look, there are none. The same is true with documents needed. I'm told I need to submit documents, but when I go to Access, it says none are needed.
