I have submitted my expenses at the last review, but it seems like nothing changes as far the amount money I get for grocery expenses. What I am getting now is only $24 per month and that only can buy me is roughly 3 pounds of hamburger meat for a whole month. Please take time to review my monthly expenses closely and help me raise the amount I receive. After I get my disability check, it is gone, and I go another month with $0.00 for everyday occurring expenses, whatever come sup. PLEASE HELP ME.

Useless. Not user-friendly, no link to upload. This is a joke since you provided a deadline with no ability to upload documents. I've even tried the website directly. On the website you've hidden my case number, so I am unable to upload documents. God bless anyone attempting to utilize your website or mobile app under a deadline. We pay our taxes and need help. In addition, your callback system is a joke because the AI robot messages are placing us in a LOOP message. You should be ashamed.

I can't even log in to check my benefits and insurance, I can't even apply for anything on the app when it does work. This is causing a lot of grief when trying to check up on insurance status. The same thing is happening on the desktop site.
